L’Etendoir des Fees, Domaine de Castelnau 2019. A favourite with us and our customers, this Syrah is from the Languedoc, but could be from the northern Rhone with its combination of dark fruit aromas, peppery top notes, smooth texture and silky tannins. Very drinkable now but will (in theory) keep until 2035.
